PAJEK – (Slovene word for Spider) is a program for analysis and visualization of large (social) networks.

StOCNET – An open software system for the advanced statistical analysis of social networks (includes SIENA)

SIENA – a program for the statistical analysis of cross-sectional network data (ERGM – p*), longitidinal network data, and longitudinal network data and behavior

PNET – a program for statistical modeling of all kinds of social networks

UCINET – Software for Social Network Analysis (includes MRQAP module)
